Pump Mechanical Seal PTFE Bellow Seal Multiple Springs 152 WB2 Mechanical Seal For Chemical Pump
The series is a PTFE bellows type, which uses a multi-spring structure in which the WB2 type spring is protected by a PTFE cover. This type of machine seal is the most widely used one in corrosion resistant pumps.
Operating limits:
Pressure in the sealed chamber:≤0.5MPa
Temperature in the sealed chamber:-10℃~100℃
Linear velocity:≤15m/sec
Advantages:
• Spring unit averted from the product so no sticking and clogging of the springs
• Safe operation (no fractures) because of seal face locking by square pin
• Suitable for pressure reversals
• Operation in vacuum without additional seat locking possible
• No damage of the shaft by a dynamically loaded O-Ring
• Small installation sizes
• Best suitable for conversions, no adaptations of the pump
• Insensitive to solid containing and abrasive media
• Advantages of a balanced seal even with plain shafts
• Insensitive to shaft movements because of the stationary design
Features:
1. The seal is replacable for BT AR type.
2. We have all the mould from 8mm to 70mm, all the rubber mould have LM (our trade mark)printed.
3. From shaft size 30mm, we will use metal cup to hold the rubber to avoid its disassemblying after long time.
4. The color of ceramic could be yellow and white for clients choice.
